Poppies for ANZAC Centenary

Calling all crafters!

Join us to knit, crochet, or sew poppies as part of the ''5000 Poppies'' project and to commemorate the ANZAC Centenary in the Town of Bassendean – the coffee’s on us!

A field of more than 100 000 poppies will be planted in Federation Square, Melbourne as a stunning visual tribute to Australian Servicemen and Women to commemorate more than a century of service in all the wars, conflicts and peace keeping operations. Our poppies will be sent to Melbourne to join the field and displayed at the Town’s ANZAC Day service.
